In this one day class, we show you our competition BBQ secrets and demonstrate the "how to's" using a variety of equipment including Weber charcoal BBQs, the Big Green Egg, and our Spicewine competition style BBQ cooker.   

You'll receive top notch instruction and experience some of the best BBQ you've ever had.  You'll learn about:

- Rubs, injections, marinades, sauces, mops and glazing

 - Wood and charcoal selections

- The Charcoal Chimney vs. Lighter Fluid

- Equipment and BBQ tools of the trade

- Meat cuts and selection

- Cooking techniques, times and temperatures
